Hello all!
We are having a great first day! Today we are talking about routines and getting used to our classroom. We talked about the different kind of jobs we have in the classroom. We are going to take pictures for our birthday wall. I hope to celebrate everyone's birthday through the year. If students have birthdays in the summer, we can celebrate at their half birthday or at another time that is set up with Miss Kapaun.
Emersyn lost a tooth today during lunch. We will be taking a class picture this afternoon. We took pictures for the first day of first grade, I will be posting them on the blog later on this afternoon. We had time to use the computers today for a type to learn program, the students really enjoy it! Today we started reading a chapter book after lunch to relax and color before starting our day again.
There are a couple of reminders, please bring a family picture as soon as possible.
